Oluwalayomi is an Associate Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Practice team of the firm.

She is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University and the Nigerian Law School.

Oluwalayomi is a fast growing young lawyer with passion and matters around company formation, company secretariat, regulatory compliance, policy formulation, intellectual property, labour and employment, e-commerce, real estate among others.

Oluwalayomi is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA SBL).
