We understand that businesses experience liquidity or balance sheet insolvency which incapacitates them from fulfilling financial obligations to creditors as and when due.

At Classicus LP, we believe insolvency proceedings should be the last resort for creditors, so we advice debtor companies to first explore the option of debt restructuring. If this fails, we explore the other soft landing options provided by the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 which includes Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration to give the business a chance of survival while the outstanding indebtedness is being paid. Where these options are not achievable or yields no fruit, our team is able to work with debtors through dissolution proceedings and receivership to protect their interests or with creditors to recover funds due to them.
