Ololade is an Associate Counsel in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Team and Dispute Resolution Team.

She is a graduate of Babcock University and the Nigerian Law School.

Ololade is a fast growing young lawyer with passion on matters of Company formation, Regulatory compliance, Wealth Preservation and Estate Planning, E-Commerce, Corporate governance , Technology and Intellectual Property among others.

Ololade is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section in Business law.
