Theresa has cognate experience in Commercial law, Technology law, Data privacy and Protection, Intellectual property law, Labor and employment law, Media and entertainment law and Alternative dispute resolution.

She is a graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria Law School and bagged her Masters Degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland.

She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007 and admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2012.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Legal Practice.
